Exclusive invitation to a soirée at Breeza; a new home community in San Diego. Hors d’oeuvres included sushi rolls and a special valet parking instructions card. Invite is a 3/4 short fold with details inside and an illustration of the community on back.

This single fold into a square invite, originally planned to be sent out to interested buyers for an after New Years celebration preview, was never actually sent to print, but we still think it’s a nice piece. We tried to capture the essence of stylish urban condo living with the logo and invite.

This horizontal gate fold mailer was sent to Valencia residences, encouraging participation in their Friends & Family program. Situated in the Santa Clarita valley, Valencia is an expansive new home community centering on family and a any town USA feel.

Collaborating with a group of art photographers we participated in and designed the postcard to be sent out promoting the gallery opening. We displayed our masterpieces on the walls, had a band play and even included a DJ, it was a great event!

This 6 x 6 inch circular die cut postcard was sent out to interested parties, for an exclusive preview of the homes. The card was mailed inside a custom semi-transparent envelope.

Located on the cost of San Clemente, new home community Sabella commissioned this invitation to a seaside soirée for interested buyers. Being so close to the beach, we thought the card called for a warm sandy feel… while still being upscale.

Wanting to promote their services, local shop TRUST! Hair Salon contracted this card. Having newly designed their website, we made sure this piece matched up with the rest of the brand and communicated stylish high end services.
